We took a little weekend trip to California, I love being only 4 hours away from such a fun and beautiful place! This trip we headed down to the beaches of Orange County. This is Balboa Island, off of Newport Beach. The kids had a great time chasing waves.
Ryan and the boys at the coolest park ever, in Marina del Rey. Ryan's mom lives around the corner so we take a walk to this fun park every time we visit.
Driving home. Mac is so funny and inquisitive these days. I love him.

i got your card yesterday, that was so sweet of you--you're officially the first person to send a physical congrats, and it really was fun to have something like that in our pile of otherwise junk mail!
and em, stop at 2 if you can. you know the old saying, "two's company, three's enough to make you completely lose your marbles"--well, i'm afraid it might be true!!!! :)
